What is CADELI?
CADELI LTD is a food ordering and delivery platform that connects you with your favorite water brand across Cyprus. You can order water from our mobile app.
How do I place an order with CADELI?
You can place an order by selecting your preferred water brand, your delivery Schedule morning or afternoon directly from the app. Once you've added the items to your cart, just proceed to checkout and confirm your delivery address within Larnaca.
Do you have subscription?
Yes! You can choose a weekly subscription option during checkout and before. Once activated, your selected order will automatically be delivered every week without needing to reorder manually.
Is CADELI available outside of Larnaca?
Currently, CADELI delivers only within Larnaca. We’re working on expanding soon!
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Go to the "My Subscriptions" tab in the app. From there, you can edit or cancel your weekly water delivery at any time.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
No problem! You can leave delivery instructions at checkout like “leave it at the door” or update your delivery time in your app settings 48h before the delivery day.
What should I do if there's an issue with my order or product?
If your delivery is missing, damaged, or not what you expected, you can report the issue directly in the app. Just go to “My Orders” > Select the order > Report a problem and follow the steps.
Our support team will review it and get back to you quickly to arrange a replacement or refund if needed. You can also reach us via the Help & Support section for any urgent concerns.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
Digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Pre-saved payment methods for faster checkout
Cash on delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed, changes are limited. If you need to cancel or edit, please contact our support team immediately at support@cadeli.cy.
Cancellations are only possible before the vendor starts preparing your order.
I have a food allergy. What should I do?
Please read our Allergen Disclaimer, and always:
Contact the vendor directly for specific allergen questions
Add allergy details in the order notes
Contact support before placing the order
CADELI cannot guarantee allergen-free food, including for rare allergies like Aquagenic Urticaria (water allergy).
Do you deliver in my area?
Our delivery network covers most major areas in Cyprus. After entering your address on our site/app, available vendors will be shown.
If nothing appears, we may not serve your location yet but we’re expanding!
How do I update my delivery address or payment info?
Go to “Account Settings” in the app or website. You can edit your saved addresses, payment methods, and contact info anytime.
I have a problem with my order. What should I do?

Is my personal data safe with CADELI?
Absolutely. We use secure systems and encryption to protect your data.

How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from your our app or request account deletion by emailing us at privacy@cadeli.cy.

Refund After Payment ?
All subscription payments made through the CADELI mobile application (iOS and Android) are final and non-refundable once processed.
By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing a non-refundable subscription service.
The service becomes immediately accessible and consumable, as delivery scheduling begins at the time of payment.
You waive your right to withdrawal under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which permits exemptions when services begin with consumer consent.
Important: Refunds will not be issued for partial periods, unused days, or accidental purchases after the payment has been confirmed.
