Welcome to CADELI LTD. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (“App”) and related services.
By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our App or services.

2. Service Overview
CADELI LTD provides a mobile platform that allows users to:
- Create an account
- Subscribe to water delivery services
- Order water from partnered local and international water distributors
Currently, water delivery is limited to the Larnaca area, with plans to expand across Cyprus.
The website serves informational purposes only and does not allow transactions or account creation.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Reside or be located in the Larnaca area (for delivery)
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is true, complete, and up to date.
4. Account Registration & Access
Users can create an account in the App using one of the following methods:
- Google account
- Apple iCloud account
- Phone number
- Email address
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities occurring under your account
CADELI is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your login data.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
CADELI offers recurring subscription-based services. Payment terms include:
- Subscription fees are displayed clearly in the App
- Payment is processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, Card, etc.)
- All payments are made in EUR (€) unless otherwise specified
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the App. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless legally required.
6. Delivery
- Deliveries are only available within Larnaca, Cyprus at the moment
- Users must provide accurate delivery information
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or absence may result in rescheduling fees
- Delivery time estimates are approximate
CADELI is not responsible for delays outside its control, such as traffic, weather, or third-party partner issues.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Interfere with the operation or security of the App
- Upload or distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
CADELI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in the App are the intellectual property of CADELI LTD or its licensors.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Reverse-engineer or modify the App
- Use CADELI’s branding without permission
9. Data Protection & Privacy
CADELI complies with EU GDPR and Cyprus data protection law. We collect and process your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
By using our App, you consent to our data processing practices, including location data collection for delivery purposes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:
- Availability or uptime
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy of information
- Error-free performance
CADELI does not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the App.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CADELI LTD shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Delivery issues caused by third-party partners
- User misconduct or account misuse
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the last 3 months.
Exceptions (at Company’s Discretion)
CADELI LTD reserves the right to offer refunds in exceptional cases, such as:

Proven billing errors (duplicate charges)

Service disruptions caused solely by our fault, with no delivery offered

12. Termination
CADELI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms
- We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority
- Your activity poses a risk to our platform, users, or partners
Upon termination, your access to the App and data will cease. You may request data deletion by emailing: privacy@cadeli.cy
13. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do:
- We’ll update the “Last Updated” date
- Post a notice in the App or via email
Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts.
